Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons Caribbean Dreams Old Style Instant Chocolate Mix

• ½ cup unsalted peanuts

• ½ cup Caribbean Dreams Quick Oats

• 3 teaspoons honey

• 1 bottle stout

• 1 ripe banana

• 1 cup cold sweetened almond milk or soy milk

• ½ teaspoon almond essence

• ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

• Ice cubes, optional

Method

1. Add the Ingredients

Place the Caribbean Dreams Old Style Instant Chocolate Mix, peanuts, Quick Oats, honey, stout, banana, almond milk or soy milk, almond essence and cinnamon powder into a blender.

2. Blend Until Smooth

Blend on high speed until the peanuts and oats are finely processed and the drink has a smooth, creamy consistency.

For a colder, thicker drink, add a few ice cubes and blend again.

3. Taste and Adjust

Taste the mixture and add a little more honey if you prefer a sweeter drink. You may also add a splash of milk if the mixture is thicker than desired.

4. Serve Chilled

Pour into glasses, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and serve immediately.

Blending Tip

For an even smoother texture, soak the peanuts and Caribbean Dreams Quick Oats in the milk for 15–20 minutes before blending.
